The Center on Disability and Development (CDD)
The Center on Disability and Development (CDD) supports the self-determination, community integration, and quality of life of people with disabilities and their families. As a federally designated University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, the center is part of a national network of similar centers across the country.
Center for Research & Development in Dual Language & Literacy Acquisition (CRDLLA)
CRDLLA‘s primary mission is to develop research that supports second language learners in schools to achieve academically through programs that promote dual languages and English language and literacy acquisition.
Secondary goals include conducting research (e.g., assessment and evaluation), providing professional development for teachers and administrators, developing research-based educational materials, and providing leadership for teachers, administrators, and/or families in the areas of dual language and English language and literacy acquisition.

Temperament Development Lab
The Early Self-Control Development (SCD Study) and School Readiness Study is currently seeking families to participate in a study of early childhood self-control! We are studying children’s behavior patterns, cognitive and emotional development, and school readiness. We are also examining family demographics and dynamics as well as parent behavior and personality. Participating families can earn up to $75 in gift cards! We are looking for families with children 3 years of age.

Telebehavioral Care Clinic (TCC)
The Telebehavioral Care Clinic (TCC) is a non-profit psychological service, research, and training clinic operated under the administration of the Department of Educational Psychology and the Department of Health Promotion and Community Health Sciences at Texas A&M Health Science Center.
Counseling and Assessment Clinic
The Texas A&M Counseling and Assessment Clinic (CAC) is a psychological service training clinic associated with the Department of Educational Psychology at Texas A&M. All providers at the CAC are trained to provide a variety of psychological services while under the supervision of a Licensed Psychologist. We offer both therapy and assessment services for adults, adolescents, and children in English. Fees are established based on an affordable sliding-scale based on family income and size.

Neurobiological Lab for Learning and Development
The Neurobiological lab for Learning and Development (NLD) is located within the Department of Educational Psychology and increases knowledge on human development and learning through researching our biology and behavior.
Educational Research and Evaluation Laboratory
The Educational Research and Evaluation Laboratory (EREL) features 10 computers with select statistical software — Mplus, RStudio, SPSS, and Stata — available for use, in addition to three machines reserved for Research, Measurement, and Statistics faculty and graduate student use. We also offer:
- Consultation on quantitative research questions
- Consultation on appropriate statistical analyses
- Consultation on appropriate statistical software and computer code
