Online Education


EPSY offers a wide variety of online programs and courses to many the diverse needs our students.  The following programs are offered fully online and students will never need to come to campus. In addition to our online programs we also offer a variety of online courses throughout the year. View a list of online courses available.

International applicants who are applying to exclusively online programs will not be issued an I-20 if admitted. As these programs are completely online they should be completed from your home country.

Students interested in working with individuals with challenging behaviors or autism may pursue the applied behavior analysis option. Students may enroll in BCBA certification courses only and receive a transcripted certificate for this work, or may completed the coursework as part of the Special Education Masters program.

The Online Master's in Bilingual Education prepares teachers, coordinators and directors of bilingual and dual language programs to use teaching and research tools to increase educational opportunity and workplace access for second language students and their families.

The online Master's in Cognition & Creativity focus is a 36-hour program. The program focus is on increasing an understanding of creativity thinking and learning.

The Master's program in Special Education prepares educators to effectively meet the needs of diverse learners and serve individuals at-risk and those with disabilities in general education, special education, and community settings.

  • 18 credit hours entirely online
  • Asynchronous and synchronous formats
  • Preparation for the Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) exam

The School Counseling program takes place over two years. Practicum experience takes place during the second year with both beginning and advanced placements.
