EPSY offers a variety of graduate programs with many areas of specializations. As one of the top educational psychology departments in the country we offer programs geared towards those working in schools, academia, and the corporate world.  Our students have gone on to work as mental health practitioners in veterans affairs clinics, community agencies and student counseling centers; faculty members in the U.S. and abroad; and some have also gone on to work for private corporations.  Whatever your goal is in the realm of educational psychology we are here to help you achieve those goals.

Doctoral study is based on the Apprentice Scholar model, in which students become immersed in developing a rich understanding of what we know and in exploring and discovering what has yet to be learned. Learning Sciences students participate on research teams designed to advance our understanding of these issues, and in the development of applications based on theory and research in the learning sciences.
