Change of Major
Students who wish to change their major to the undergraduate Special Education Program in Educational Psychology must follow the change of major procedure identified by the Office of the Registrar at Texas A&M University. All students considering a change of major must meet with the Academic Advisor for Special Education for program approval and to process the required paperwork.
Consideration for a change of major includes:
• a minimum overall GPR of 2.75
• maximum of 70 completed hours at the time of application
• student classification (e.g., U1, U2)
• assessment of transcript
• possibility of excessive hours
