EDTC Masters ProgramStudents desiring a major in this area of study may be accepted into a course of study leading to a Master of Education degree in Educational Technology.
The program requires 39 semester credit hours and allows master's students to become involved in a specific area that represents individual interests and career plans. The supporting area is chosen from any program outside of the Department of Educational Psychology that complements the core courses and/or provides a content area for application of educational technology principles and techniques. Graduates find employment in a variety of areas, including education, business, industry, and the military.

The supporting field is chosen from any program outside of the Department of Educational Psychology that complements the core courses and/or provides a content area for application of educational technology principles and techniques. The outside member of the masters committee is typically selected from this area. Example support area departments include: Educational Administration and Human Resource Development, Teaching Learning and Culture, Agricultural Education, Computer Science, Business, Psychology.
